Congrats!

Just had to say Congrats to my lil sis Chloe for getting into Syracuse University for there Music Theatre Program! What an accomplishment considering they only took 25 people out of a whopping 800! Dad has agreed for her to go and we couldnt be more excited! Cant wait to come visit! We love you!

Doctor

Scarlett went into the doctor on Tuesday for her 4 month checkup! And yes she is 5 1/2 months old but with the move that was the earliest I could get her in to her new pediatrician and besides I dont mind delaying the shots. She weighed in at almost 17 pounds which is in the 75 percentile and her height is 26.5 inches which is also 75th percentile and her HEAD measurement was in the 97th percentile!! I was SO happy that she was even on the chart! We love her and she goes back in two months!

We were lucky enough to stop in to The Verdins home to meet sweet Sophie on our way to Chicago.... Scarlett was begging so she could play with her bestie! They are gonna be just like their Mommas! Soullll Sistaaaas!!!

At 5 months you are....

What! FIVE whole months! One more month and you will be celebrating your 1/2 birthday!

• You are OFFICIALLY sleeping through the night! Mommy sometimes misses those late night nursing sessions but I do enjoy the beginning of remembering what it was like to get some sleep.
• Your favorite foods are pears, prunes, and sweet potatoes!
• You have a MILLION tickle spots and mommy and daddy know where every one of them are!
• Your eyes are mysteriously still blue.... with no sight of brown in them! When I take you grocery shopping people think you are adopted...
• You are waking up from your naps a happy girl.... Mommy and Daddy sit and listen to you talk to yourself on the monitor until your "ready" for us to come get you.
• You LOVE falling asleep on daddy at night... in fact he is better at it right now than mommy is... it makes me think back to the "super" swaddle days.... my you sure have grown
• You grab at everything in sight and your favorite things to grab are crinkly things especially paper and bags of chips ( you got this from your father)
• we are working on saying da da da da and so far we have gotten ga ga goo!
• We love to send funny pictures of mommy baby and puppy to daddy wishing him a good day at work!
• You love bedtime... But you HATE naptime!
• Your new nickname is MEATBALL... We love you Scarlett!
