Ready as we will ever be!!

This is my last post before Joe and I become parents. My mom is flying in today and I am having a scheduled c section tomorrow morning at 10am eastern time... Scarlett is doing well though she is still frank breech and the ultrasound weighed her in at 8 lbs at my 36 week APPOINTMENT!!!! Doctor strongly suggested a c section.

I knew the day that I married my husband that there was NO escaping any chance of having a "small" baby.... Since Joe weighed in at over 10 lbs and I was over 9 lbs I think it was our destiny to have a big baby!

My belly has GROWN so much to where my pelvis and tailbone hurts so bad.... It has been a rough couple of weeks but all that will come to an end this time tomorrow! To say that I am nervous is an understatement. We are ready to be parents and I just PRAY that everything will go alright.

There is NO internet access in my hospital room as I was planning to skype a few people but I will have Joe try to post some pics sometime tomorrow and maybe a small video or two. I cant believe I am not going to be pregnant anymore... I am going to miss her rolling around in my belly but I am SOOOO ready to have her as I have been going STIR crazy!

Most likely we will be leaving the hospital Monday or Tuesday and making the 4 hour drive home after we leave the hospital... I am sure it will take longer than that but I am sure we will get through it! Joe and I are ready to be home and start our parenthood journey together... My mom is going to be here to help out for a few weeks which is going to be a BIG help! My sisters and Dad are flying in next Saturday and Grandma and Bob are comin through for a few days as well! It will be an emotional next couple of weeks and I am very excited (and emotional!) about it!

Joe and I have had a WONDERFUL past 8 years together and are looking forward to starting this new path in our lives.... He is the BEST husband I could ever ask for and I know he will be the BEST DAD!!

Please keep us in you thoughts and prayers this weekend and we will update when we can!
