This is of course a few weeks late... but people want pictures and updates so here it goes...
The past year has flown. It has literally been the fastest year of my life. We had a small family gathering for you on October 2nd for your very special first birthday. I couldnt help but to fight the tears at times during that day. You have gotten so big and I cant help but to think what all we have gone through. I am so proud of the little toddler you are becoming. I cant help but to think those baby days are slipping from me.... No more do I rock you to sleep.... or get up for night feedings... I am trying so hard to remember this year and accept that you are growing but its hard.
You have taken your first steps... and soon you wont even want me to hold you anymore! I am so not ready for that. It has been a fun and exciting year. I have been very lucky and blessed with such a beautiful little girl and a husband who works very hard for our little family. I am so happy I got to spend literally every minute with you minus a few hours here and there=) I love you Scarlett Christine! Our lives revolve around you and wouldnt change it for the world!
